Most content writers discover writing first.
I discovered reading.
Long before I became a full-time freelance content writer and marketer, I was a child who spent more time at home than most children my age due to health challenges.
While other children were in school, I found myself with something many people rarely get today: uninterrupted time.
And that time changed my life.
When I was four years old and had just begun to read, my father started bringing home storybooks for me. What began as a way to keep me engaged quickly became a lifelong habit.
Then a passion.
Then an obsession.
Every new book opened a door to a different world. I devoured classics, fiction, biographies, autobiographies, and anything else I could get my hands on. Reading became more than a pastime. It became a way of understanding people, ideas, and perspectives far beyond my own.
Over time, I noticed something fascinating.
Some authors stayed with you long after you finished reading their work.
You trusted them.
You remembered them.
You looked forward to hearing from them again.
Each had a unique voice. A distinct way of communicating. Without realizing it at the time, they were building something powerful: a personal brand.
That realization sparked a deeper curiosity.
Why do some messages resonate while others are forgotten?
Why do some people earn trust through their words while others struggle to be heard?
The more I explored these questions, the more naturally I gravitated toward writing.
In 2010, I started my blog and began sharing my thoughts and observations about life. It was my first experience of putting ideas into the world and discovering that words have the power to connect people who may never meet.
Years later, in 2019, I turned that passion into a profession and became a full-time freelance content writer. PS Content Writing came into existence in 2021.
Since then, I have worked across diverse industries, including leadership development and training, education, healthcare, lifestyle, real estate, software, manufacturing, digital marketing ,and NGOs. I have written website content, blogs, LinkedIn articles, and social media content for businesses looking to communicate their value more effectively.
But what drives me today is the same thing that fascinated me years ago.
The power of words to build trust.
Most business owners, consultants, coaches, and experts are exceptionally good at what they do. Their challenge isn’t expertise. It’s about finding the time and the right words to consistently communicate that expertise.
That’s where I come in.
My goal is simple: to help good businesses tell their stories better, build stronger brands, and reach the people who need what they offer.
Because great work deserves to be seen.
And sometimes, the right words are what make that happen.
