Hi, I am Pratishtha Sharma, a full-time freelance content writer and marketer with five years of experience in content writing. I have handled projects in multi-niche industries like digital marketing, education, health, lifestyle, real estate, software, the manufacturing sector, NGOs, etc. I have successfully written web pages, blogs, and social media content for some of the well-known brands in India. Though today I am a healthy individual, I was not so well as a child. As a child, I was unwell with a kidney problem. Every day, when my parents left for work and my brother went to school, I was left with the housemaid at home. I ran from one corner of the house to another and waited at our kitchen window for my mother to return from work. I was all of 4 years old and had just started to read. At this time, my father gifted me storybooks that I could read. Reading books gave me immense joy, and my father made it a practice to gift me books regularly. The sight of books excited me, and I became hungry to read more books. I didn’t realize when I became an avid reader and as I grew older, I read everything from old classics to fiction to biographies and autobiographies. Reading expanded my perspective, healed me, and rejuvenated me. I immensely benefited from reading and saw the impact of other people’s writing on my life. I realized that each author had their own unique style of writing and they won the trust of their readers by the way they wrote. They built their own brand. It got me interested in how the brands are built and due to my interest in reading, I became naturally good at writing and realized that people liked what I wrote. In 2019, I became a full-time content writer; since then, I have never looked back. Now, my vision is to help business owners who are good at what they do but don’t have time to write their own content and are not professional writers. I aim to help spread their message and build their brand.
